The door is self-closing and features an antibacterial rubber seal. You can install up to 10 height-adjustable shelves in this refrigerator. It comes standard with 10 sets of runners that accommodate 60 x 40 cm shelves. The volume can also be doubled to 60 x 80 cm shelves. These shelves can be ordered separately in the webshop. This refrigerator is lockable and comes with two keys. Moving it to another part of the bakery is easy thanks to the four wheels, two of which are braked. Energy-efficient LED lighting inside the refrigerator also makes it easy to see what's inside.
Precise temperatures
The exact temperature you need for this refrigerator can be set using the digital temperature controller. You can choose between -2 and 8°C. This professional bakery refrigerator is equipped with a ventilated cooling system with an evaporator. Thanks to the cooling circuit, ice build-up inside the refrigerator is significantly reduced. The refrigerant used is the CFC-free R290. The maximum ambient temperature is 43°C.
Easy to clean
Cleaning this refrigerator is almost effortless thanks to its stainless steel interior and exterior. It also features rounded corners inside, preventing dirt from accumulating. To clean the refrigerator, first switch it off and unplug it. Using a damp cloth and a mild detergent, thoroughly clean all the interior and exterior walls. You can also wipe down the shelves in this way. Don't forget to clean the door seal after each cleaning to keep the refrigerator in top condition. Dry everything thoroughly with a soft cloth before using the refrigerator again.
