With this professional kebab grill featuring three gas burners, the meat is grilled quickly and evenly to a golden brown. The temperature of the burners can be adjusted separately, allowing you to choose whether the meat is lightly grilled on one side or the other, or grilled longer. This shawarma grill is primarily used in shawarma shops and grill rooms, but it can also be used in food trucks, snack bars, and restaurants. Because the rotisserie spit can be precisely adjusted, you always get the best grilled meat. The spit can also be rotated to the left or right.

Including nozzles for natural gas

This grill model features a reliable motor on the top of the unit. A stainless steel drip tray is attached to the bottom and can be removed for easy cleaning. This gyro grill does not have stainless steel reflective grills on the sides. As this doner kebab grill is gas-powered, it comes with standard nozzles for natural gas (20-25 mbar). Nozzles for LPG (propane/butane) are supplied separately (30-50 mbar) in a plastic bag along with the instruction manual. Always have the conversion from natural gas to LPG carried out by a qualified professional. You can also order a doner knife with your purchase to slice the grilled meat into paper-thin slices.

Dishwasher-safe parts

This professional shawarma grill is easy to clean. The housing, spit, and meat plate are made of stainless steel and can be easily cleaned with a soft cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent. However, it is important to let the appliance cool down and unplug it before cleaning. Individual parts can also be placed in the dishwasher. Wipe all parts dry with a soft cloth afterward.
