Stainless steel drip tray with filter
This grill is equipped with a removable stainless steel drip tray with a grease filter. The grill's motor is located on top of the unit. Stainless steel reflector screens are not included but can be ordered separately. As this kebab grill is gas-powered, it comes with standard natural gas nozzles (20-25 mbar). LPG (propane/butane) nozzles (30-50 mbar) are supplied separately in a plastic bag along with the instruction manual. It is always advisable to consult a professional when converting from natural gas to LPG. A special kebab knife is also available for slicing the grilled meat.
Easy to clean
Since this professional grill comes into contact with food, proper cleaning is essential. The stainless steel surfaces of the housing, rotisserie spit, and meat plate are easy to clean. The simplest method is to use a damp cloth, warm water, and a little dish soap. The removable parts are dishwasher safe. Before cleaning, ensure the grill has cooled down and is unplugged. After cleaning, dry all parts and reassemble the grill for the next use.
