This stainless steel freezer has a gross capacity of 1200 liters for storing frozen products and integrates seamlessly into most professional kitchens. The interior features energy-efficient LED lighting and six adjustable shelves suitable for 2/1 GN containers. The glass doors with antibacterial rubber seals have a built-in lock and allow you to see the frozen goods without opening the freezer.
Self-closing door
This professional freezer is equipped with an electronic temperature controller and a digital display, allowing for easy temperature reading and adjustment. It also offers a wide temperature range for efficient freezing of products. This freezer automatically initiates a defrost cycle every six hours, ensuring minimal ice buildup. Manual defrosting is also possible. The self-closing doors prevent large temperature fluctuations. This freezer uses the CFC-free refrigerant R290. It is also equipped with a water collection tray to collect excess water. The freezer rests on four wheels, two of which are equipped with brakes to secure the unit's position.
Easy to clean
The housing of this freezer is made of stainless steel and is easy to clean. To clean the exterior, simply use a damp cloth and a mild detergent. The interior can be cleaned after defrosting. To defrost, remove all items and unplug the freezer. To speed up the defrosting process, carefully remove the ice with a plastic ice scraper. After cleaning with warm water and a soft cloth, dry the freezer thoroughly before switching it back on.
