Description of a commercial freezer

Double your kitchen's freezing capacity with this large stainless steel freezer. The double doors provide easy access to your frozen goods, and the LED lighting gives you a perfect view of your supplies.

Ventilated cooling

This freezer has a wide temperature range of -18 to -22 °C. The temperature can be easily adjusted using the arrow keys on the digital control panel. Thanks to its 6 cm thick wall insulation, the freezer maintains a constant temperature. It also features a ventilated cooling system, ensuring good and even cold air circulation. The freezer's wire shelves further facilitate airflow, keeping your frozen food perfectly frozen.

Double-door freezer model

This freezer features two large doors and six shelves. You can adjust the shelves to your desired height in approximately 5 cm increments or add more shelves as needed. The shelves are GN 2/1 size, but you can also use two 1/1 GN shelves. The LED light in the door automatically illuminates when the door is opened. Thanks to the magnetic door seal, the doors close securely and cannot be left ajar. Heated door seals prevent the doors from freezing shut. A lock allows you to securely lock your food.

Automatic defrost cycle

One disadvantage of freezers is that ice buildup inside can cause your food to stick to the walls. This is now a thing of the past, as this freezer features an automatic defrost cycle. This means that excess water is drained every six hours via the motor, where it evaporates. This keeps your freezer dry and ensures optimal freezing.

Cleaning the freezer

Even though this freezer has a convenient automatic defrost function, we recommend cleaning it regularly. Unplug it and clean the exterior with a damp, dry cloth. Clean the interior with a solution of water and a mild detergent. Again, use a soft cloth. Thanks to the rounded corners inside, you can clean everything thoroughly and efficiently. Once clean, dry the interior completely to prevent the walls from freezing. Don't forget to clean the door seals as well. When everything is completely dry, switch the freezer back on, and it's ready to use again.
