You can install the runners in 5 cm increments and slide 2/1 GN size shelves into them. This 700-liter freezer includes three shelves and runner sets, but you can order additional ones on our website.

High freezing capacity

This large freezer has a net freezing capacity of 650 liters. The temperature can be easily adjusted without opening the door. The freezer's temperature range is from -18 to -22 °C and is easily readable on the digital display. The freezer also features an interior light that automatically switches on when you open the door. You can also lock the door with a key. Thanks to the magnetic door seal, the doors close automatically.

Automatically defrosting freezer

Ice buildup is a thing of the past, because this 700-liter freezer features an automatic defrost cycle, also known as auto-defrost. The freezer starts its defrost cycle every six hours. The water is collected inside the freezer and directed to the motor, where it evaporates. This automatic defrost cycle keeps the freezer walls and racks clean, preventing food from sticking together. However, it's still important to defrost and clean the freezer completely from time to time. The door seals are heated, preventing the doors from freezing shut.

Cleaning the freezer

The automatic defrost function keeps the walls free of ice buildup. This makes cleaning the freezer very easy. Switch off the freezer and unplug it. Empty the freezer; it's best to transfer any leftover frozen food to another freezer. Clean the interior with water and a mild detergent when the freezer is empty. Use a soft cloth to wipe down the interior and clean the shelves. Don't forget to thoroughly clean the door seals. Once everything is clean, dry the interior and all parts with a soft cloth. When everything is clean, you can put the freezer back into operation. Because the freezer is made of stainless steel, it will remain attractive and will not corrode.
