Description of commercial freezer

This freezer can hold up to 800 liters of frozen goods. While most freezers have fixed shelves, this one has removable shelves that you can position at the desired height inside the freezer.

Extendable racks

Behind each door, the freezer has three shelves with corresponding guide rails. The shelves can be adjusted in height by approximately 5 cm, allowing you to customize the freezer to your needs. The shelves have a raised edge at the back to prevent items from falling behind them or freezing to the back wall of the freezer.

Low-noise freezer

This freezer features a static cooling system with a fan that efficiently circulates the cold air. This makes it quieter than a freezer with forced-air cooling. Another advantage is that unpackaged products dry out less. Because a static cooling system leads to condensation and ice buildup more quickly, the base has a vent. A drip tray is located underneath the freezer to collect excess water. This should be emptied regularly.

Double-door freezer

The freezer has two sturdy doors with magnetic door seals. These ensure that the doors close automatically, preventing them from being left open and your food from defrosting. The doors can be locked individually with a key. Above the doors, you can easily read the temperature and adjust it using the arrow buttons. The freezer temperature can be set from -10 to -20 °C. When you open or close the door, the light in the door frame switches on or off automatically. Despite its size, this freezer is easy to move thanks to the four wheels underneath. The front wheels are equipped with brakes to keep the freezer securely in place.

Cleaning the freezer

To ensure your freezer functions optimally and uses as little energy as possible, it's important to defrost it regularly. Switch off the freezer and unplug it. If there is ice inside, you can remove it with an ice scraper or place a container of hot water inside. Once all the ice is removed, take out the wire racks and clean the interior with hot water and a mild detergent. Use a soft cloth to clean the inside and the door seals. Clean all the racks and replace them in the freezer. Empty the drip tray underneath the freezer and clean the exterior with a damp cloth. Your freezer is now ready to use again.
