Before you can start cooking, you first need to prepare the food. Cutting and chopping fruits and vegetables by hand can be time-consuming. With this professional vegetable slicer, you can quickly and efficiently cut slices, cubes, chips, or julienne strips.

Compact table model

First, wash the fruit and vegetables, if necessary. Carefully select the desired slicer and close the lid. Plug in the appliance and press the green button to start the vegetable slicer. Lift the handle and place the fruit and vegetables into the round inlet. Push the handle down and guide the fruit or vegetables to the slicing discs using the slicing pusher. The handle is equipped with a safety switch that automatically stops the appliance when you move the handle up or down. When you have finished slicing, press the red button to switch the appliance off. With the various slicing discs included with this machine, you can slice almost any food exactly as you need it. The appliance comes with 5, 3, and 1.5 mm slicing discs, as well as 3 and 5 mm graters. Additional slicing attachments, such as julienne slicers and dicing grids for cutting French fries, are also available on our website. To make cubes, the dicing grid should be combined with a standard cutting disc of the same size. The same applies to cutting French fries with the French fry disc.

Easy to clean

For good hygiene, it is important to thoroughly clean all equipment that comes into contact with food. The robust and easy-to-clean aluminum housing of this appliance with stainless steel sheet can be wiped with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. The removable parts of the appliance can be cleaned in warm soapy water. After washing, you should dry everything thoroughly and rub the cutting discs with a little vegetable oil to maintain them.
