The dual cooking zones can be operated individually, each with its own ignition, thermostat, and temperature gauge. A wide temperature range of 50-300°C is available on each side. The wide splash guard prevents food from splattering onto the sides, and thanks to the 1.5-liter drip tray at the front, you can continue grilling without constant emptying. This professional gas griddle is suitable for placement in a kitchen unit, but you can also place it on a workbench or a suitable stainless steel base.
Easy cleaning
Thanks to its smooth housing and drip tray, this ribbed grill plate is very easy to clean. Burnt-on residue can be removed with a brush or scraper. It's even easier if you first heat the appliance to 75°C and pour some water onto the grill surface. Then, you can wipe all parts clean with a damp cloth and a mild detergent.
