The griddle is set in a watertight recess, and the top is seamlessly welded. Thanks to the even heat distribution, food is cooked evenly. The griddle also fits perfectly into a kitchen counter.
Equipped with splash guard
This professional griddle features a 1.5-liter drip tray. You can also adjust the temperature between 100 and 300°C. The unit is equipped with an indicator light and a gas safety valve with a thermocouple. Despite the high temperatures, it is always safe to use this professional griddle. It features a stainless steel splash guard to prevent oil from spilling. You can use the griddle with either liquid gas or natural gas.
Easy to clean
Cleaning the grill plate is very easy. A removable tray underneath collects grease. Thanks to the stainless steel housing and splash guard, the smooth surfaces are easy to clean. A scraper can be used to remove any stubborn residue. A damp cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent can be used to clean the exterior and the grill itself. Make sure all parts are completely dry before using the grill plate again.
