Easy to clean

Cleaning this professional griddle is a breeze. Thanks to its stainless steel housing and removable drip tray, all parts can be cleaned quickly and thoroughly. Simply use a damp cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent. For best results, scrape off any large food residue. To remove stubborn dirt, heat the griddle to 70°C and wipe the surface clean with a cloth. Wear gloves for safe handling.
