This robust griddle can withstand heavy use and features a double griddle made of stainless steel with a satin finish, featuring both grooved and smooth surfaces. The griddle is recessed into a watertight recess, and thanks to the seamlessly welded top, no residue remains after cleaning. It also includes a 1.5-liter drip tray and a splash guard to prevent oil splatters. The temperature can be set between 50 and 300°C using the safety thermostat. The griddle also fits perfectly into a kitchenette.
Made of stainless steel
This professional griddle is made from robust components. The stainless steel housing makes cleaning a breeze. Thoroughly clean this durable construction with a damp cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent. Remove stubborn residue with a scraper. For baked-on food, simply heat the griddle to 70°C and wipe it clean. Wearing gloves is recommended.
