This robust griddle can withstand heavy use and features a smooth, grooved, double-chrome-plated 15mm stainless steel plate with a satin finish. The griddle is recessed in a watertight recess, and thanks to the seamlessly welded top, no residue remains after cleaning. It also includes a 1.5-liter drip tray and a splash guard to prevent oil splatters. The temperature can be set between 50 and 300°C using the safety thermostat. The griddle also fits perfectly into a cooktop.
Made of stainless steel
This professional griddle is made from robust components. The stainless steel housing makes cleaning a breeze. Thoroughly clean this sturdy construction with a damp cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent. Coarse residue can be removed with a scraper. Baked-on food is easier to clean by heating the griddle to 70°C and wiping it away. Wearing gloves is recommended.
