This electric range has four burners and an oven and is ideal for use with multiple large pots and pans. The pan supports are made of durable cast iron and have a diameter of 22 cm. Because the pan supports are integrated into a monoblock worktop, no food residue gets trapped in the corners and crevices. This professional range is ideal for integration into a cooking line.

Oven for GN containers

This luxurious, high-performance oven features an ergonomic design and is easy to use. Each burner can be heated separately to six different levels. The oven is equipped with a safety thermostat that allows you to set temperatures between 100 and 300°C. The thermostat also includes a safety switch to prevent overheating. The electric oven has a three-tiered chrome rack that can accommodate two GN pans (available separately). The oven door is made of stainless steel, is 4 cm thick, and features an ergonomic handle.

Works with three-phase power

This electric cooker with oven is easy to clean thanks to its stainless steel housing and components. Simply switch it off and wipe all smooth surfaces with a damp cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent. The cast iron pan supports can be cleaned with a sponge.
