It's ideal for intensive daily use in restaurants, hotels, company canteens, and other catering establishments with large, high-traffic kitchens. The grill features 13 cm wide cast iron cooking plates and is reversible. It also boasts an extra-wide drip tray for continuous cooking. The special design ensures safe, flame-free grease drainage. This grill can be integrated into a cooking line.

The angled grilling area features multiple independent heat sources to ensure even cooking. For perfect results, you can adjust the temperature of each heat source separately using the safety thermostat, between 100 and 300°C. Each heat source also has its own cast-iron burner. For added safety, the Chargrill is equipped with a pilot light and a gas safety valve with a thermocouple. The grill can be operated with either liquid propane or natural gas.

Easy to clean

This ergonomically designed charcoal grill features heavy-duty components, and the seamlessly welded top prevents food residue from getting trapped. Thanks to its all-stainless-steel construction, it's easy to clean. The splash guard and grill parts are quick and easy to remove. Simply scrape off any large pieces of food residue, then use a damp cloth, warm water, and mild detergent to thoroughly clean all parts. Adjustable feet allow you to place the Chargrill securely on any surface.
