The heavy-duty cooktop is equipped with a pilot light that extinguishes the gas when you turn the knob. This also serves as an additional safety feature to prevent gas leaks. You can set the safety thermostat to a temperature between 100 and 300ºC. A gas safety valve with a thermocouple is also built in. This professional cooker is suitable for LPG or natural gas.
