The stainless steel grill plate is V-shaped, allowing grease to drain easily. The grease is collected in the 1.5-liter drip tray.
Height-adjustable grill
The angled grill section of this lava rock griddle is height-adjustable. Thanks to the seamlessly welded top, no residue remains after cleaning. This gas-powered lava rock griddle is equipped with a pilot light and piezo ignition. The safety thermostat allows you to set temperatures between 100 and 300°C. The griddle also features a gas safety valve with a thermocouple. This lava rock griddle is suitable for use with either liquid propane gas or natural gas.

You can expand this lava rock grill plate with a stainless steel base, either open or with a door. Furthermore, the stainless steel housing makes the grill plate easy to clean. A damp cloth, warm water, and mild detergent allow you to clean this kitchen appliance quickly and easily. The V-shaped grill, drip tray, and lava rock holder can all be removed for cleaning.
