Indirect heating system
This gas-powered cooking pot features electronically controlled throttle valves and an ignition system. The micro-perforated burners are made of stainless steel and equipped with flame guards. The pot has a double wall that must be filled with water to create an indirect heating system. This makes it ideal for foods that are boiled in water, such as vegetables, potatoes, rice, sausage, and meat. A safety thermostat prevents the water level from getting too low, thus preventing food from burning. Additional insulation further minimizes heat loss and energy consumption.
Easy to use
