This 325-liter stockpot is ideal for boiling, baking, or poaching food. The stockpot features a double-walled lid that enhances insulation. A balanced hinge mechanism ensures the lid opens and closes smoothly. The double wall allows for water to be added, creating an indirect heating system that ensures even heating of the base and sides. Made entirely of stainless steel, the stockpot is easy to clean.
