Description of a commercial convection oven
This professional convection oven lets you prepare oven dishes, bake cakes, and even cook chicken. Thanks to the hot air circulating inside, food becomes light and crispy. This oven is also ideal for roasting potatoes, vegetables, and meat. For tender meat dishes, however, you should select a lower temperature for slow cooking. The double-glazed door is easy to remove, allowing you to access your dishes. Heat is efficiently distributed throughout the interior, and the oven also features a steam function for cooking food.

The convection oven comes with four 60 x 40 cm baking trays that fit perfectly inside. The trays are spaced 8 cm apart. The oven is easy to operate using the analog controls. It also features a thermostat for temperatures between 0 and 300°C. Indicator lights show when the oven has reached the correct temperature. The adjustable timer allows you to set baking times between 0 and 120 minutes. Thanks to its stainless steel construction and enamelled interior, this oven is also a durable model.

Regular cleaning of this convection oven ensures that any residue can be easily removed. Before you begin cleaning, allow the oven to cool completely. Then, clean the interior with a damp cloth. Stubborn dirt can be easily removed: Fill a bowl with water and place it in the oven at approximately 200°C. After steaming, wipe the walls with a damp cloth. Occasionally, remove the door for a thorough cleaning. The oven stands on four rubber feet for added stability.
