Description of a commercial convection oven
This professional convection oven is a valuable addition to any bakery or catering kitchen. Using a convection oven significantly reduces cooking time compared to a conventional oven. This oven allows you to not only heat, bake, and roast, but also steam. This makes it ideal for preparing delicious oven-baked dishes, tarts, cakes, and meat dishes. The convection oven is also suitable for roasting vegetables and potatoes. The thermostat allows you to set a temperature up to 300°C. For tender meat dishes, you can select a lower temperature for slow cooking. The convenient timer lets you know exactly when your dish is ready. You can set the timer for any time between 0 and 120 minutes.
Grilling and steaming
Thanks to the two fans, the heat is efficiently distributed throughout the enameled interior of the oven, ensuring even cooking. The oven also features convenient indicator lights that clearly show when the desired temperature has been reached and the food can be placed inside. For added convenience, the oven door is removable and features athermic double glazing. The convection oven also includes a steam function. Inside the oven are four 60 x 40 cm baking trays, spaced 8 cm apart.
Easy to clean
The feet on the bottom of the convection oven are made of rubber to prevent it from slipping during use. Since the door is removable, cleaning is very easy. Stubborn dirt can be easily removed by placing a bowl of water in the oven cavity. Then, turn on the oven and heat it to 200°C. The steam will loosen the food residue, which you can then simply wipe away with a cloth.
