They not only become crispy but also develop a rich, full flavor. Since you can set the oven temperature up to 300°C, you decide how quickly or slowly your dishes cook. Lower temperatures are ideal for tender meat dishes.
Efficient heat distribution
The heat is distributed very efficiently in this convection oven, ensuring a consistent temperature throughout. Indicator lights show when the oven has reached the correct temperature. Cooking times are shorter with this professional convection oven compared to a conventional oven. The oven door is removable and features double-glazed, non-thermal insulation. Operation is user-friendly thanks to the analog buttons and a timer that can be set from 0 to 120 minutes. This convection oven comes standard with four 43.5 x 31.5 cm baking trays, spaced 7 cm apart.
Equipped with rubber feet
The convection oven's housing is made of stainless steel, and the interior is enamelled. Four rubber feet on the bottom ensure the appliance stays firmly in place. Cleaning is also easy. Regular cleaning prevents stubborn residue from becoming difficult to remove. Allow the oven to cool down and then clean the interior with a damp cloth. For tougher residue, place a bowl of water in the oven and heat it to 200°C (390°F). Then let it cool down again. The steam will loosen the food residue, which you can then wipe away with a cloth. The door can also be removed for quick cleaning.
