Description of commercial basket conveyor dishwashers

This dishwasher is ideal for cleaning large quantities of dishes, especially during peak hours. Baskets of soiled dishes glide quickly and easily through the basket conveyor, ensuring thorough cleaning so they are spotless and ready for use again. This commercial dishwasher has a capacity of 60 to 120 baskets per hour. It can be expanded with a stainless steel table on casters on the left side of the dishwasher.

Designed for commercial use

This dishwasher has a wash temperature of 60°C and a rinse cycle of 82°C, ensuring faster drying. It's also very quiet, operating at less than 65 dB. This dishwasher uses 160 liters of water per hour. The control panel is IPX4 rated, preventing water from getting behind the easy-to-use buttons. The rack and pinion dishwasher is supplied without a detergent pump. Included accessories are a glass basket (50 x 50 cm), a plate basket (50 x 50 cm), and inlet and drain hoses for connecting the appliance to the water supply. A drain pump is not included, as the water drains naturally.

Easy to use

It is important to first rinse the dirty dishes under a tap to remove food residue. Then fill the basket with the dishes and slide it through the safety curtain. Switch on the machine, and it will begin filling with water. During this phase, you will see the water level indicator on the display flash. Once the water reaches the correct level, the indicator will turn off, and the display will show the temperature of the boiler and the wash tub. The machine will heat up, and the lights will turn on when the set temperature is reached. After that, you can place the basket at the entrance of the machine. The basket will engage with the basket conveyor system, and once it is inside the dishwasher, the wash program will begin.
