This beautifully crafted four-door freezer bench offers ample freezing capacity and an ergonomic work surface. The freezer bench features four height-adjustable shelves and self-closing doors.

Adjustable grates

This freezer counter comes with four 1/1GN size shelves and matching guide rails. The shelves have raised edges to prevent products from falling out the back or freezing to the wall. The shelves also ensure good air circulation, allowing for even freezing. The shelf guides are adjustable in 5 cm increments, allowing you to choose the optimal shelf height. You can increase the number of shelves by ordering additional ones from our website. Alternatively, you can replace the shelves with Gastronorm trays or add more Gastronorm trays. In this case, be sure to order additional guide rails as well.

Energy efficient

Despite its size, this freezer is very energy-efficient. Firstly, the walls have 6 cm of insulation, trapping cold air and ensuring perfect freezing even at an ambient temperature of 32°C. The display is easy to read, and the temperature can be set between -18 and -22°C. The doors close automatically with a magnetic seal, preventing cold air from escaping. Heated door seals prevent freezing. This freezer also features an automatic defrost function that activates every six hours, preventing the walls from freezing. The ventilated cooling system ensures even distribution of cold air.

Portable freezer

Despite its weight, this large freezer is easy to move thanks to the six wheels mounted underneath. The front wheels are equipped with brakes, allowing you to lock the freezer to prevent it from moving. The stainless steel work surface allows several people to prepare meals simultaneously, such as delicious desserts. Ice cream is stored behind one of the freezer doors, keeping all ingredients easily accessible.

Cleaning the freezer

Despite the automatic defrost function and self-closing doors, it's a good idea to clean the freezer regularly. This extends the lifespan of your freezer and ensures everything stays clean. Cleaning is simple: Switch off the freezer and unplug it. Clean the interior and all removable racks and GN containers with hot water and a mild detergent. After cleaning everything with a soft cloth, dry it thoroughly. This prevents ice from forming again. Once the interior is clean, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Replace the racks and GN containers and switch the freezer back on.
