This professional freezer counter features three robust stainless steel doors, each with a height-adjustable wire rack behind it, providing ample storage space. Additional compartments can be created by inserting more racks into the freezer. These can be ordered from our webshop. Since the racks are 1/1 GN size, GN containers can also be inserted into the guides. This is convenient for storing loose products.

Ventilated cooling system

This freezer is very energy-efficient thanks to its ventilated cooling system and anti-defrost cycle. The ventilated cooling system ensures that cold air is evenly distributed throughout the freezer. Additionally, the vents allow cold air to circulate within the freezer compartment. The freezer also features an automatic defrost function, meaning it defrosts every six hours. The collected water is drained into a drip tray, preventing the walls from freezing. The 6 cm of protective insulation ensures that the cold air remains inside the freezer.

Intelligent functions

The solid doors are equipped with heated door seals to prevent freezing. The doors are also self-closing and feature magnetic door seals to ensure no cold air escapes. The digital control displays the freezer temperature, and the arrow buttons allow you to set the desired temperature. You can precisely adjust the temperature within a range of -18 to -22°C. The freezer has four wheels, making it easy to move the heavy unit. The front wheels are equipped with brakes to prevent the freezer from moving while you are working with it.

Cleaning the freezer counter

Although the freezer has an automatic defrost function, you should clean your freezer regularly. This extends the freezer's lifespan and ensures optimal freezing. Unplug the freezer and remove all racks and GN containers. Use hot water and a mild detergent to clean the inside of the freezer with a soft, damp cloth. Clean all removable parts in the same way. Dry the freezer and any loose parts thoroughly with a soft cloth to prevent ice buildup. Reinstall the accessories and put the freezer back into operation. The exterior can be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. Thanks to the smooth surfaces, dirt and bacteria are spread as little as possible, and there are no crevices where dirt can accumulate.
