Adjustable temperature and automatic defrosting
Keeping products refrigerated is essential in the hospitality industry. To keep food and drinks as cold as possible, simply set the desired temperature using the digital temperature controller. The temperature can be set from 0° to 12°C on the display. The mini refrigerated display case is equipped with a unique cooling cycle that reduces ice buildup. Should ice nevertheless form inside the display case, the automatic defrost function melts it every six hours and converts it back into cold. The refrigerant used in this refrigerated display case is R600a and is CFC-free.
Easy cleaning for good hygiene
Like any other catering equipment, the refrigerated display case needs regular cleaning. Thanks to its plastic housing and coated shelves, the refrigerator is easy to keep clean. The interior and exterior can be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. The shelves can be wiped with a soft cloth and soapy water.
