The large granite worktop of this pizza refrigerator ensures that the dough won't stick and can be rolled out and used immediately. To complete the pizza refrigerator, a separate refrigerated display case can be ordered on top, so you also have all your pizza toppings readily available. This premium kitchen appliance also comes with stainless steel brackets for GN containers, although the containers and lids themselves are not included. These can be ordered separately through the webshop. The cart is equipped with wheels and a brake for easy movement.
Professional cooling system
This professional pizza refrigerator has a cooling capacity of 580 liters to keep ingredients chilled for as long as possible. Behind the two stainless steel doors is an adjustable shelf, allowing you to customize the layout to your exact needs. Additional shelves can also be ordered and added as required. Next to the cooling system are seven drawers for dough that is not actively chilled, making it ideal for proofing pizza dough. This preparation refrigerator operates best at an ambient temperature of 32°C. The cooling system consists of a fan, a Zanussi compressor, and a foam-encased evaporator on three sides, and uses the CFC-free refrigerant R600a. The cooling cycle ensures that ice buildup is kept to a minimum. The digital thermostat allows you to set the temperature between -2°C and 10°C.
Easy to keep hygienic and clean
This professional pizza refrigerator is made of robust stainless steel and granite, making it very easy to clean. Stainless steel also has the advantage of being very durable and scratch-resistant, which minimizes the spread of bacteria. The preparation refrigerator can be cleaned with a damp cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent. After cleaning, wipe everything dry with a soft cloth.
