This pizza oven is suitable for baking up to 12 pizzas, each approximately 30 cm in diameter. The large buttons make the oven easy to operate. The stainless steel housing gives the front of the pizza oven a professional look. This oven is also suitable for heavy use, thanks to its durable construction.
Efficient heat distribution
The pizzas can be baked at temperatures between 50 and 500°C. The temperature can also be easily adjusted for each individual chamber. The large inner chamber contains stone plates and a light so you can easily monitor the progress of your pizzas. The pizza door is double-glazed with heat-resistant glass to prevent burns. The pizza oven also features efficient heat distribution and simple analog controls.
Easy and quick cleaning
Since the pizzas are baked on a stone, it's advisable to wipe the pizza stone with a damp cloth before first use. Allow the stone to dry thoroughly, then preheat the oven to 100°C for 30 minutes. After half an hour, increase the temperature to 200°C and let the oven run for another 15 minutes before placing the first pizzas inside. After baking, you can quickly clean this professional pizza oven with a dry cloth or a slightly damp sponge. Do not use too much water, as this can cause water droplets to penetrate the stone. The pizza stone must cool completely before cleaning to prevent burning or cracking.
