Thanks to the angled grooves on the grill plate, fat drips over the heat source without touching the flames. The smoke adds an authentic grilled taste. It runs on gas, not charcoal, which saves a lot of cleaning.
Optimal safety
Beneath the angled grill grate is a cast iron griddle plate that ensures even heat distribution, allowing you to utilize the entire grill surface. A stainless steel splash guard protects against oil splatters. The safety thermostat allows you to independently adjust the heat sources within a range of 100 to 300 °C. Additionally, a safety valve with a thermocouple keeps the damper open as long as the sensor detects heat. Once the flame is extinguished, the damper automatically closes, preventing gas from escaping. The burner is equipped with a pilot light for safe and convenient use. The grill can be operated with either propane or natural gas. It is suitable for placement in a kitchenette and can be expanded by ordering a base, either with or without a cabinet.
Easy to clean
Thanks to its intelligent design and the use of high-quality materials, this charcoal grill is easy to clean. The top is seamlessly welded, preventing food residue from accumulating. Both the top and bottom of the grill are angled, allowing grease to drip off and collect in the drip tray. The housing and splash guards are made entirely of stainless steel. These smooth surfaces can be quickly and easily cleaned with a cloth. Remove any stubborn residue with a scraper, then use a damp cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent to thoroughly clean all parts.
