Description Gastro Premium Charcoal Grill
Want to give your dishes a delicious grilled flavor? With its substantial dimensions of 120 cm wide x 90 cm deep and three cooking zones, this robust gas grill can handle almost anything. Thanks to the angled grooves on the grill plate, fat drips away above the heat source, and the resulting smoke provides an authentic grilled taste. The flames are shielded by a slanted lower grill plate, which directs the fat directly into the drip tray, preventing it from coming into contact with the flames. Two upper grill plates ("Iron Bar Grids") are also available, but not included, and can easily be ordered as accessories.
Optimal safety
Under the sloping top grill is a cast iron grill plate. This ensures that the heat is evenly distributed and you can use the entire surface of the grill. The stainless steel splashguards protect against oil splashes. To get the perfect temperature, you can set the heat sources separately using the safety thermostat, with a range between 100 and 300°C. There is also a safety valve with a thermocouple. This ensures that the throttle remains open as long as the sensor still detects heat. As soon as there is no flame, this will automatically close the throttle valve so that no gas can escape. The burner is also equipped with a pilot flame to make its use both safe and comfortable. You can use either LPG or natural gas for this grill. It is also suitable for placing in a cooking line and you can order a base to stand it on from our webshop. This comes either with or without a cupboard below.
Easy to clean
Thanks to its intelligent design and the use of high-quality materials, this charcoal grill is easy to clean. The top is seamlessly welded, preventing food residue from sticking. Both the upper and lower grills are angled, allowing grease to drip into the drip tray. The housing and splash guard are made entirely of stainless steel, creating a smooth surface that can be quickly and easily wiped clean with a cloth. Remove stubborn residue with a scraper, and for a thorough cleaning, use a damp cloth with warm water and a mild detergent.
