Description Gastro Premium Infrared Cooktop
If you cook intensively every day, you need to be able to rely on a top-quality cooktop. This infrared cooktop, with its two burners, is compact yet boasts the features of the Maxima Cooking Range 900. Quality, ergonomics, and practical convenience are the key characteristics of this two-burner cooktop. Ideal for use in a kitchen unit, it can be easily expanded with an open stainless steel base or a closed base with a door, both available as accessories.
Advantages of infrared
It's always a pleasure to use an infrared heating system, as it ensures direct heat transfer from the cooktop to the cookware. This means you never have to wait long for your pan to heat up. The heating element in this infrared cooker consists of circular zones with a diameter of 21-30 cm. The ceramic cooking surface is 6 mm thick and can even accommodate heavy pans. The glass plate is set into a sealed monoblock surface, so you don't have to worry about spills or leaks.
To achieve the perfect temperature, you can use the thermostat to set temperatures between 50 and 300 °C. Both zones can, of course, also be set separately. The cooktop is also equipped with a thermostat with a safety switch to prevent overheating, and a warning light that remains illuminated while the cooktop is still hot.
Easy cleaning
The top of this appliance is seamlessly welded, and the housing is made entirely of stainless steel. Combined with the smooth surface of the glass cooktop, cleaning this hob is a breeze. All you need is a damp cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent. After cleaning and drying all surfaces, the induction hob is ready for its next use.
