First-class quality, ergonomic operation, and practical convenience are the key characteristics of this elegant premium cooker. The appliance is suitable for installation in a cooktop run and can be easily expanded with an open stainless steel base or a closed base with two cabinet doors. Have fun working with infrared
It's always a pleasure to cook with an infrared heater because it ensures direct heat transfer from the cooktop to the pan. This way, you never have to wait long for your pan to heat up. The heating element of this infrared cooktop consists of circular zones with a diameter of 21-30 cm and, thanks to its 90 cm depth, can also accommodate larger pans. The 6 mm thick glass-ceramic cooking surface can withstand even heavy pans. The glass plate is embedded in a sealed monoblock base, so you don't have to worry about spills or leaks.
To cook at the correct temperature, you can set temperatures between 50 and 300 °C using the thermostat. Both cooking zones can be controlled separately. The cooktop is also equipped with a thermostat with a safety switch to prevent overheating, and a warning light that remains illuminated while the cooktop is still hot.
Easy cleaning
The cooktop is seamlessly welded, and the housing is made entirely of stainless steel. Combined with the smooth surface of the glass cooktop, cleaning the hob is a breeze. All you need is a damp cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent. After washing and drying all surfaces, the induction hob is ready for its next use.
