Equipped with thermal insulation

Therefore, this professional frying pan is equipped with a safety system that shuts off the gas and heating element when the lid is opened. The safety thermostat ensures that the risk of overheating is minimized. The temperature can be set between 50 and 300 °C. To limit heat loss and keep energy consumption low, the frying pan is generously insulated. The base of the inner pan is made of 8 mm thick stainless steel to prevent corrosion and ensure even heat distribution.
