With its 90 cm deep grill plate, you have plenty of space to prepare several dishes at once. Thanks to its robust construction, this lava rock grill is built to last. It's incredibly durable, making it ideal for intensive use in busy professional kitchens. It can be placed in a kitchen unit or used as an accessory; a pedestal is available separately.
Safe to use
The angled grilling section of this lava rock grill is height-adjustable. Thanks to the seamlessly welded top, no grease or food residue remains after cleaning. This gas lava rock grill is equipped with a pilot light and piezo ignition. The safety thermostat allows you to set temperatures between 100 and 300°C. The grill also features a gas safety valve with a thermocouple, which ensures the throttle remains open as long as the sensor detects heat. Once the flame is extinguished, the throttle closes automatically to prevent gas from escaping. The burner is equipped with a pilot light for convenient and safe use and can be operated with both propane and natural gas.
Optimal safety
The stainless steel splash guard protects against grease splatters. This lava rock grill features an aluminum top grate with V-grooves and two heavy-duty cast iron grates underneath. The V-grooves allow grease to drip onto the hot lava rocks, giving your food a delicious grilled flavor. A slanted grill grate at the bottom shields the flames. This not only directs the grease into the removable drip tray but also prevents it from burning.
