A professional saladette is a practical addition to any catering kitchen, especially if you frequently prepare items like salads and sandwiches. This 90 cm long saladette features two stainless steel cabinet doors at the bottom and a plastic cutting board at the top, useful for slicing rolls or chopping vegetables. Behind each cabinet door is a single, height-adjustable shelf, allowing you to customize it to your needs. This professional food processor has a 257-liter capacity and is compatible with Gastronorm containers, which are not included with the saladette but can be purchased separately from our webshop.
Special cooling system
The temperature in this saladette can be set between 0 and 10°C using the convenient digital temperature control. The cooling system ensures that the air inside the refrigerator is circulated, so all products are cooled evenly, regardless of their position. It also features foam-encased evaporators on three sides and uses CFC-free R600a refrigerant. This saladette is equipped with a unique cooling cycle that reduces ice buildup inside the refrigerator. The maximum ambient temperature for this saladette is 32°C.
Effortless cleaning
Cleaning this high-quality kitchen appliance is very easy thanks to the durable and scratch-resistant materials from which it is made. The use of smooth stainless steel prevents dirt from accumulating in hidden corners and makes it very easy to wipe clean. Since the saladette is used daily and the food inside is changed regularly, it is important to clean it thoroughly. Switch off the saladette before cleaning. Use a damp cloth and a mild detergent to wipe down the interior. Be careful not to use too much water when cleaning to avoid condensation and ice formation. It is also important to dry everything thoroughly before switching the saladette back on. Don't forget to clean the door seals and rinse the shelves in soapy water to keep them clean.
