The stainless steel work surface at the front of the saladette can be used as a convenient chopping board. It has a capacity of 67 liters and comes standard with eight 1/6 GN pans.
Digital thermostat
The temperature in this professional saladette can be regulated via the DIXELL digital thermostat, with settings between 0 and 10°C. Furthermore, the saladette features a fan-assisted cooling system that circulates the air, ensuring even cooling throughout the refrigerator. An evaporator is integrated on three sides. The saladette also incorporates a unique cooling circuit that reduces ice buildup. The refrigerant used in this refrigerator is R600a, which is CFC-free.
Easy to clean
The interior and exterior of this robust saladette are made of stainless steel. The insulation is 35 mm thick. Saladettes are used intensively and ingredients are frequently changed, so good hygiene is essential. Before cleaning the saladette, switch it off.
