This sushi display case is suitable for both showcasing food and keeping small items chilled. The curved glass and black housing give it a luxurious and elegant look. It's ideal for countertop placement, keeping it within easy view of your guests. The display case is perfect for presenting sushi, but also for chilling tapas and seafood. This professional display case can be used with GN containers. You have the choice between 8 x 1/3 GN containers or 5 x 1/2 GN containers. This sushi display comes standard with 5 x 1/2 GN containers.
Built-in LED lighting
Thanks to its static cooling system, this 132-liter sushi display case keeps products chilled. It also features a foamed-in evaporator and uses the CFC-free refrigerant R600a. The unique cooling cycle minimizes ice buildup inside the case. DIXELL's digital temperature control allows you to set the temperature between 0 and 12°C. Integrated LED lighting inside the sushi display case perfectly showcases the products.
Equipped with an anti-condensation system
The display case is equipped with an anti-condensation system and stands on adjustable feet, allowing it to be placed on any surface. Since the contents of a sushi display case are constantly changing and occupy a prominent place in your restaurant, it's important to keep it clean. First, switch off the display case. Clean the interior with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Use very little water to prevent condensation and ice buildup inside the sushi display case. Clean the exterior and the glass in the same way. The GN containers are removable and dishwasher-safe.
