It's ideal for placing on a countertop, keeping it within your guests' view. The tapas display case is suitable for presenting tapas, but also for chilling sushi and seafood. This professional tapas display case can be used with GN containers. This sushi display comes standard with five 1/3 GN containers.
Built-in LED lighting
Thanks to the static cooling system, the products in this 52-liter tapas display case remain chilled. The case also features an integrated evaporator and uses the CFC-free refrigerant R600a. The unique cooling cycle minimizes ice buildup inside the case. With DIXELL's digital temperature control, the temperature can be set between 0 and 12°C. Integrated LED lighting inside the tapas display case perfectly showcases the products.
Equipped with an anti-condensation system
The display case is equipped with an anti-condensation system and stands on adjustable feet, allowing it to be placed on any surface. The contents of a sushi display case are constantly changing and have a visible place in your restaurant, so it's important to keep it clean. First, switch off the display case. Clean the interior with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Use very little water to prevent condensation and ice buildup inside the sushi display case. Clean the exterior and the glass in the same way. The GN containers are removable and dishwasher-safe.
