Description of a commercial pot washer

This pot washer is ideal for use in bakeries, butcher shops, and larger catering establishments where large pots and pans are used daily. Its high capacity allows you to clean even the largest pots and pans. Many large catering items often don't fit in a standard-sized dishwasher, but this dishwasher can handle everything from large pots and GN containers to dishes. Thanks to its specially designed wash arms and water jets, this powerful appliance tackles even the most stubborn food residue. You can wash up to 30 racks per hour in this machine, which operates at a noise level of less than 65 dB. Finally, this professional dishwasher features three complete wash programs with durations of 120, 240, and 480 seconds.

Includes stainless steel wire basket

Setting up this professional appliance is very easy. Using the control panel, which is IPX4 protected to prevent water from getting behind the buttons, you switch on the dishwasher, and the water is automatically filled and heated. The second button allows you to select the wash program. Pots and pans are washed at 60°C and then rinsed with 80°C hot water, allowing the dishes to dry quickly through evaporation. The wash and rinse temperatures are adjustable. This pot washer comes with a 50 x 60 cm stainless steel wire basket, an inlet hose for connecting the pot washer to the water supply, and a drain hose.

Easy to clean

Thanks to its stainless steel housing, this high-performance pot washer is easy to clean. Stainless steel is also very durable, so your appliance is not prone to damage or scratches. The spray arms are made of special ABS and can be easily cleaned with a little soap and warm water. For cleaning the inside, use a descaler and a special cleaning agent. The pot washer is supplied without a wash and soap pump, but special kits can be ordered through the website. A drain pump is not included, as the water drains naturally. Simply ensure that the drain hose is connected lower than the outlet.
