Description of a commercial pot washer

This commercial-grade pan washer is ideal for bakeries, butcher shops, and catering businesses that handle large pots and pans. Its large capacity allows you to easily clean even the biggest pots and pans. Many larger catering items simply won't fit in a standard-sized dishwasher. This dishwasher can also clean GN containers, larger kitchen utensils, dishes, and baskets. Thanks to its powerful wash arms and jets, this high-performance dishwasher tackles even the most stubborn food residue. You can wash 30 racks per hour in this quiet machine, which operates at less than 80 dB. Furthermore, this professional dishwasher features three complete wash programs of 120, 360, and 480 seconds.

Including several baskets

Setting up the dishwasher is also very easy. Using the control panel, which is IPX5 protected (so no water can get behind the buttons), you simply switch the dishwasher on, and the water is automatically filled and heated. The second button lets you select the wash program. Pots and pans are washed at 60°C and then rinsed with 85°C hot water to ensure the dishes dry quickly through evaporation. This dishwasher comes with two baskets measuring 60 x 76 cm and a water inlet and drain hose for connecting the dishwasher to the water supply.

Easy to clean

Thanks to its stainless steel housing, this high-performance dishwasher is easy to clean. Stainless steel is also durable, so your appliance is not prone to damage or scratches. The wash arms are made of special ABS and can be easily cleaned with soap and water. For cleaning the interior, use a descaler and a special cleaning agent. The dishwasher comes with a wash pump and a soap pump. A drain pump is not included, as the water drains naturally.
