The temperature can be set between 30 and 90°C using the analog dial. An indicator light illuminates when the food has reached the desired temperature. The display case incorporates a humidifying reservoir to prevent the products from drying out too quickly. The powerful heating element distributes heat evenly throughout the interior of the display.
