Easy to clean
When working with food, good hygiene is essential. You also want customers to be able to take products from a clean display case. Before you begin cleaning, switch off the display case. Use a damp cloth and a mild detergent to thoroughly clean the inside and outside. Be careful not to use too much water to avoid condensation. Use a soft cloth to dry all parts thoroughly.
