Do you prepare many dishes that need to be kept warm for extended periods? Then use this professional 121.5 cm wide heated food display case. The warming tray has a capacity of 186 liters and is equipped with three height-adjustable, chrome-plated shelves. Glass panels cover all sides of the display, and the practical LED lighting on the inside ensures an attractive presentation of the food. The heated food display case also features a card holder for advertising your products. Both the front and back have sliding doors, allowing customers to easily access their baked goods, grilled dishes, or snacks themselves. This makes it easier for staff to restock the display case.
Good heat distribution
This heated food display case is constructed from rust-resistant epoxy steel, making it extremely robust and ensuring a long lifespan. Inside, a powerful heating element provides efficient heat distribution. A humidification reservoir prevents food from drying out. The temperature, displayed on the glass screen, can be continuously adjusted between 30 and 90°C using the analog dial. Indicator lights signal when the desired temperature has been reached. The temperature can also be read on the front panel.
Easy-to-clean materials
Stainless steel and glass are very easy-care materials. Since you display your products in your shop, it's important that the display case remains clean. Use a damp cloth and a mild detergent to thoroughly clean the inside. You can also clean the outside in the same way. However, it's advisable not to use too much water, as this can cause condensation and make your dishes in the glass display case less visible. To clean the shelves, remove them from the warming display case and clean them with soap and a sponge.
