Temperatures between 30 and 90ºC

The powerful heating element ensures efficient heat distribution inside the display case. This keeps all products at the correct temperature. To prevent food from drying out, the warming plate is equipped with a humidification reservoir. The user-friendly analog dial allows you to set the temperature between 30 and 90°C. The display also features an indicator light that shows when the selected temperature has been reached.

Cleaning with little water

If you wish to clean the display case, switch it off first for your own safety. Clean the inside and outside with a damp cloth, a mild detergent, and a little water. This will prevent condensation from forming. After cleaning, it is also advisable to wipe all parts and surfaces dry with a soft cloth.
