This professional catering warming display case allows you to keep a variety of baked goods, snacks, grilled dishes, and nibbles at the ideal temperature on two shelves. With a 50-liter capacity and a width of only 55.4 cm, the display case takes up minimal space. The attractive square glass design showcases products professionally. Hinged doors at the rear of the case facilitate serving and restocking. The interior features two fixed, chrome-plated shelves.

Adjustable temperature

To keep food at the right temperature, you can easily adjust the temperature between 30 and 90 °C using the analog dial. The indicator light illuminates when the display shows the selected temperature. To ensure food is kept evenly warm, this warming plate is equipped with a powerful heating element for efficient heat distribution. It also features a humidification reservoir to prevent food from drying out too quickly.

Quick and easy cleaning

It goes without saying that a display case needs to be cleaned regularly, especially if it's prominently displayed in your restaurant. Use a damp cloth and a mild detergent to clean the inside of the case. You can also clean the outside in the same way. Avoid using too much water to prevent condensation. The shelves are not removable but can be cleaned with soapy water and a sponge. This compact warming tray is easy to place on a countertop or table.
