Multi-press: The guide elements of the barbell bar are equipped with high-quality, linear ball bearings, which ensure that the barbell glides smoothly up and down during exercise. To further optimize this smooth movement, the barbell bar is also guided by two counterweights. This reduces the barbell's own weight from approximately 20 kg to a load weight of 5 kg. This allows even beginners to perform all exercises optimally. The barbell bar's hooks and height-adjustable safety hooks allow you to push yourself to the limit with those last few repetitions without risking injury from the barbell. The barbell bar can support a maximum load of 250 kg.
Duplex station: The two height-adjustable cable pulleys, which can be swiveled to the right and left, can be used independently of each other, enabling numerous cable pulley exercises. Furthermore, either the right or left cable pulley can easily be converted into a lat pulley station. This is cable pulley training at its highest level. The cable pulleys are spaced 137 cm apart.
Pull-up bar: The pull-up bar allows for numerous pull-up variations and grip options. The powder-coated bar ensures a perfect grip, even during strenuous exercises.
Rowing station: Strengthen your back with the important core exercise of rowing. Of course, you can also use the cable connection for other pulling exercises.
Dip station: The two dip modules can be hung at various heights, allowing you to perform dip exercises at your desired height. Two grip options provide more variety.
Torso Trainer / Landmine: The floor-based rotation device (with an optional barbell bar) allows free movement in all directions for a wide range of back, core and shoulder exercises.
