Multipress - MAXXUS Smith Power Pro multi-gym
The height of the guided barbell can be adjusted for optimal bench press and chest training. The two safety stops allow you to push yourself to the limit on those last few repetitions without risking injury from the barbell.
Duplex station
The height-adjustable duplex station with two cable pulleys allows for both traditional pulling exercises like bicep curls or tricep extensions, as well as cross-pulling exercises like reverse butterfly, flyes, or lateral raises. The cable pulley can also be easily converted into a lat pulldown station with the leg pad.
Rowing station
Train your back on the integrated rowing station. Rowing also engages your arm and shoulder muscles. Of course, many other exercises can also be performed on the station, such as isolated bicep training or standing front raises.
pull-up bar
The pull-up bar offers numerous grip options and is also ideal for toes-to-bar or muscle-ups. The powder coating on the bars ensures a perfect grip.
Dip station
The dip station has two grip widths. The variation between close and wide dips trains different shoulder and tricep areas. The handles are very easy to remove.
Torso trainer
The torso trainer (with an optional barbell bar) allows for a variety of back, core and shoulder exercises.
Multifunctional weight bench
The included weight bench can be adjusted to five different positions, allowing for everything from negative bench presses to high incline bench presses. The ergonomic bench surface prevents unnecessary pressure and supports the spine without restricting freedom of movement. A curl desk with a curl bar supports your arm training. The leg curler and leg extension allow for a comprehensive leg workout.
