The traditional waffle of the Benelux region: a classic. At 30 mm thick, this waffle is a truly satisfying portion, which, due to its size, can also justify a high price. In Germany, it is usually served with hot cherries and cream.

Due to popular demand, we now offer the classic Brussels waffle with a non-stick coating. The core material of the interchangeable plate remains cast iron with its unique thermal properties. The iron retains heat, resulting in delicately crisp waffles. The cast iron surface is sealed with a non-stick coating, making the waffles even easier to remove. The waffle plates rarely, if ever, require re-greasing. This makes it particularly easy for inexperienced staff.
