The 4K live production vision mixer is characterized by its ease of use in a variety of applications, including event stage management, broadcasts from broadcast stations or OB vans, university lectures, and conferences, and delivers outstanding performance in live on-site video production.
The AV-UHS500 12G-SDI compatible live vision switcher offers most of the basic features of larger, high-end models, providing the same functionality for 4K video production as it does for HD. The integrated chassis is easily transportable and suitable for changing venues, especially for live events such as music, sports, and other live events. In addition to 4K/3G/HD multi-format support, installing additional expansion cards allows for up to 16 12G-SDI inputs and 15 outputs.
Keyers open up a wide range of image design possibilities. Therefore, the device is equipped with chroma keying functions and PinP for up to three channels and two downstream keyers. The image mixer is also equipped with conversion functions for up/down scaling, HDR/SDR, and ITU-R BT.2020/BT.709. This allows for flexible selection of the video output as needed in environments where a variety of formats are used.
