The mobile station with integrated three-sided edge extraction technology "Air-Cleaning System", made entirely of high-quality stainless steel, offers unlimited flexibility and mobility when cooking and turns front cooking into an experience - completely free of unwanted odors.
With digital control and a reliable multi-stage filter system consisting of grease, odor and pollutant filters (activated carbon filters) in the substructure, the pollutants are retained and the odors are neutralized.
Thanks to a perfectly designed airflow system with three-sided edge extraction (d3), the vapors created during cooking, consisting of grease and water-laden air, are removed at the source using a newly developed grease separator (patent pending) (66% improved separation efficiency). Odors are captured by an activated carbon filter. Filter stages can be optionally expanded with filter accessories, such as a plasma generator, electrostatic filter unit, and HEPA filter.
The digital control offers various helpful functions such as a wear indicator for the filter elements (activated carbon filter), a 4-stage extraction performance, and error display via scrolling text. Multi-colored LED lights indicate the operating status, and there's also an operating hour counter and a reliable alarm function with a buzzer.
In combination with the varithek® module system, the acs offers maximum flexibility for every type of preparation with the GN cooking pot thermoplates® made of unique SWISS-PLY multi-layer material for the best food quality.
The simple installation of the diverse varithek® modules (400 modules directly, 1/1 modules in combination with AST system carrier) in the recessed installation niche for up to 2 modules allows you to combine any function and quickly exchange it - from grill, pasta & deep fryer to ceramic or induction modules.
All varithek® modules are standardized and can therefore be flexibly combined and exchanged, for precise insertion into the AST/EST system carrier / GN port (1/1) or direct installation without a system carrier (400s), depending on the type of application.
